This little boy captured my heart. My mom has a really dear friend and together they have walked through some rough times. Mom wanted to give her friend pics of her grandson, Hayden, for her Christmas present — but keep it a surprise! Mom contacted Hayden’s parents and we met up with them by a old truck. Little Hayden was quite the ham. I sat him on the back of the truck and soon realized I was competing for his attention. He had 2 pennies in his hand that were his number one priority. I asked him if I could hold them and he quickly disagreed. He was determined to squeeze those pennies in his pocket — and not let a stranger steal them!!
