I (Micah) LOVE details! When we arrived in Lipan for Brooke and Hunter’s wedding, I got so excited. It was perfect… details, details, details! If I were to plan my wedding over, I would totally steal Brooke’s ideas . Their ceremony was in a field — awesome!! White chairs, fun vintage ideas… creativity galore! The weather cooperated, so it made for a perfect day! Brooke and Hunter met at a family friends house, so they thought it was perfect to get married where they met . And the landowners are some of the sweetest people I have ever met!

Here are Hunter and his guys. Hunter surprised Brooke with matching pink sunglasses. He whipped them out for the pictures and I couldn’t wait to see Brooke’s reaction at the altar

We had so much fun photographing Brooke and Hunter. Our favorite part of each wedding is when we get to spend alone time with the bride and groom. With no one else around. Here are a few of our favorites !

It was such a pleasure sharing this special day with Kellan and Stephanie. Stephanie was such a wonderful bride — so calm and all smiles . Now Kellan and his guys were another story… they were full of giggles! Ashley and I still don’t know what was so funny but it sure made for some wonderful pictures! I love seeing purity between a couple and most of all seeing God in the center of their relationship! Many blessings on your marriage Stephanie and Kellan… you are very special people!

It has taken me FOREVER to blog Julie and John Mark’s Wedding!! Ashley and I had so much fun sharing this special day with this sweet couple. We drove all the way to Greenville, TX and I was surprised by the hometown feel…I think I was expecting to feel like I was in Dallas. We met up with Julie and the bridesmaids at Julie’s mom’s house and then headed to the church. It’s such a joy working with a bride who genuinely appreciates us shooting her wedding! The reception was a blast — I spent most of my time following around little kids (as always). Hope you enjoy the pics!

Mandy and Steven are such a sweet couple… so easy going. They got married in Steven’s boss’ backyard in Weatherford, what a beautiful location! I loved all the details! Mandy and Steven spent months making wine for their wedding guests. There were so many flavors – the guests were so surprised! Mandy was a stunning bride… all smiles. Steven you’re a lucky man! Here are a few pics from the night!

Katie and Casey got married in a little town called Henrietta.  Their marriage was definitely the buzz around town.  I had the honor of being Katie’s matron of honor and you can imagine I was itching to take pictures. I’m used to being the photographer, not in the wedding! So once my duties were over, I stepped into second shooter mode!  Here are a couple of my favorites from the day.  I have no idea why I edited them all in black and white!

Court and Bill are such a sweet couple. They got married in Court’s mom’s backyard.  The view was amazing.  Court planned her wedding with kids in mind.  She had a table with candy and toys for them to play with, as well as hula hoops!  It was quite an eventful evening!!

They served Mac & Cheese and corn dogs for the kids . I was in heaven!

And the kids were on a candy high!

Kim and Cody’s wedding was in Devine, TX.  It was quite the road trip!  Loved every minute of it!  Kim was such a beautiful bride!

Steph is my best buddie from high school.  She was gracious enough to hire me to shoot her wedding, considering it was going to be my first! Here are just a few shots from the day.  Can you tell we had lots of fun with the groom and groomsmen?
